This is a commercial product, intended for food service such as restaurants. These dough balls are delivered in trays, ready for service.

Each tray includes 15 x 260g fresh dough balls, ready for service the following day. If you're using the dough fresh, please keep it in the fridge, then take it out the night before using it and leave it at an ambient temperature of 17c-20c until using it the following evening. This gives the dough enough time to final proof and become soft.

If you're going to freeze your dough, please freeze it as soon as possible. To use it, just thaw it overnight in the fridge and then use it as you would fresh dough.
