My kit was delivered early?

Hiya Peeps,
Over the last few weeks I've been delivering some kits on Thursday, and the rest on Friday. The reason for this is because I get more orders during lockdown, and it's easier to split the deliveries out so that Friday isn't quite so hectic. A number of people have asked whether this means the dough won't last until the weekend, so I wanted to clarify this so as not to worry anyone.
Our dough is made over a period of 72 hours, with the last 48 hours being refrigerated to slow down the fermentation and create a very light dough (you can read about our dough here). This means that the dough you normally receive on Friday, has been in the fridge since Wednesday. When I deliver your kit early, it's the same dough, it's just not ready to use yet, and needs to go back into the fridge until Friday.
So, if you've ordered a kit for delivery on Friday, regardless of when you receive it, it'll be Friday's dough.
We're also doing more group events now, so deliveries sometimes require a little shuffling around. I might end up doing even more of the deliveries on Thursday, but it won't change the fact that you're receiving dough for the weekend.
Lastly, I'm planning to add Wimbledon (SW19) and Morden (SM4) to our delivery area within the next couple weeks, and this will also require a little shuffle in delivery times, but I'll save that for another post.
